SIU offers a scholarship programme
for up to 10 residents/fellows from "B" and "C"
countries—based on World Bank Data from July 2014—to attend the 35th SIU Congress in Melbourne, Australia from October 15–18, 2015. The scholarship covers registration and housing for the duration of the Congress
(5 nights at SIU-appointed hotel).
Requirements for application
- Must be a Resident or Fellow at the time of application.
- Must reside in a World Bank–designated "B" or "C"
country. To see a list of the World Bank

- Must have submitted at least one abstract for the
SIU 2015 Congress. Submit your abstract online here.
Abstract submission deadline is April 3, 2015 at 11:59 PM EST.
Application must include:
- Application form
- Proof of Resident or Fellowship Status
- Brief statement relating how attendance at SIU 2015 would benefit applicant's education
