Dr. Osther highlights significant technological improvements over the past decades including thinner and more flexible devices, digital video imaging, or changes in laser treatment. |
| Dr. Osther and Dr. Joyce critically discuss the role of adjuncts such as access sheets and the role of stenting, and present several attempts for optimizing treatment success. They also offer several tips and tricks to avoid common pitfalls that may be faced, especially by younger, less experienced endourological surgeons. |
