Trieste (Italy) will host the International Meeting of the EAU Section of Oncological Urology (ESOU) on
“Updates on Surgical Treatment of Muscle-Invasive Bladder Cancer”on 30 October 2015.
The one-day conference will provide a comprehensive look into controversial issues, perspectives and other therapeutic options in detecting and managing muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Among the topics are urinary diversion, cystectomy, lymphadenectomy, neoadjuvant chemotherapy, orthotopic neobladder, paediatric bladder cancer, challenging cases and quality of life.
Online registration deadline is on 16 October 2015.
Meeting President Prof. Salvatore Siracusano and ESOU Chairman Maurizio Brausi stressed the importance of providing timely updates on this deadline disease, and underscored the need for urologists and other cancer experts to closely examine the efficiency of current surgical and medical therapies.
International speakers from across Europe will provide state-of-the-art lectures and lead in-depth panel discussions. The meeting is CME-accredited for doctors specialised in urology, radiotherapy, oncology and anatomical pathology.
